in the habit


PMM (or Lexi) who I L.O.V.E. is doing her annual Back In The Habit. She's back. I'm in....because I haven't done it before....so I can't be back. Just in.

Got it?

Anyway, you have to come up with rules or habits. Something you want to change and stick by and I have a few -

1. Cut out all red meat - I don't like how it makes me feel. It makes me bloat and I feel slow and it hurts my stomach. I had already started this habit 4 weeks ago but wanted to include it because I am pleased with my efforts so far.

2. Cut out all bread - I love bread. There is nothing I like more (well besides my family) than eating a french stick and cheese. I have not eaten bread in 4 weeks. No bread has crossed these lips and I have to say, between the non meat eating and the bread the weight is dropping off. 

3. Do 50 against the wall push ups while waiting for my conditioner to work in the shower - So good for the upper arms and what else am I going to do while I wait for the product to work? Plus you are already in the shower - no sweat. Genius!

So for the moment, these are my 3 habits I am going to make.
